This 45 minute practice centers the human experience through thematic based yoga. Drawing from bhakti, tantra, and other philosophical, somatic, and expressive based modalities, Yoga for Humans is designed to invite presence with and alignment toward satya - your true self. This practice entails a brief meditation, asana practice, and integrative closing, woven together with offerings of thematic contemplation. Appropriate and adaptable for mixed levels.
